Ashley Perez Killed in Chino Hills on Peyton and Olympic View Dr.

Ashley Perez, 31, of Ontario, was killed in a collision involving a flatbed truck in Chino Hills, according to the authorities.

The incident took place at Peyton and Olympic View Drive at about 8 a.m. November 17.

Authorities said Perez was driving a car that slammed into a flatbed truck under unclear circumstances.

Perez was pronounced dead at the scene.
