Serious Injuries Sustained in Accident at Laurel Road and Hillcrest Avenue
One person suffered major injuries in a collision that was the result of a police pursuit in Antioch Tuesday morning.
According to CHP, police were pursuing a vehicle for an unknown traffic violation around 2:06 a.m.
The accident took place at the intersection of Laurel Road and Hillcrest Avenue.
The vehicle that was being chased by police collided with another car that was not involved.
A Toyota Camry sustained major rear-end damage and was removed from the scene by a tow truck.
