Fatal Accident on State Route 74 in Perris, California 

Investigators are actively working to determine the cause of a fatal pedestrian crash that occurred in Perris on February 28th.

CHP reported that the accident took place at 7:21 p.m. that Monday evening on State Route 74. 

The driver of a Honda Civic hit a 26-year-old woman, ID’d as Angela Taylor, within the eastbound lanes. 

Sadly, Taylor, of Menifee, died within minutes at the scene of the crash. 

The involved driver stayed at the scene and also provided aid to the victim.

An active investigation is underway to determine liability.
