Deadly Pedestrian Accident on Sierra Highway 

A hit-and-run pedestrian accident claimed the life of 21-year-old Alfredo Leon in Palmdale Sunday morning.

Per reports, the incident took place just before 3 a.m. on April 10th. 

A southbound BMW was traveling on Sierra Highway when it struck Leon.

The involved driver also fled the scene and did not provide aid to the victim. 

First responders unfortunately pronounced the man dead at the scene. 

Any witnesses are urged to contact the Palmdale Station’s Traffic Department at 661-272-2400.
