Multi-Vehicle Accident Kills One, Injures Two 

Investigators are actively working to determine the cause of a fatal multi-vehicle accident that occurred in Chatsworth Wednesday night.

According to reports, the collision took place on June 15th around 8:40 p.m. 

Multiple vehicles collided in the area of 9900 Winnetka Avenue for unknown reasons. 

Sadly, one person died as a result. They have been identified as Adrian Marquez, 21, of Pacoima. 

There were also two others who suffered serious injuries upon impact. 

Further details will be provided once an investigation is concluded.
