Man Killed in Head-On Collision on Sierra Highway
CHP reported a fatal head-on collision in Acton, California Wednesday morning on March 30th.
22-year-old Christian Flores was traveling north in a Honda around 4:50 a.m. on Sierra Highway before veering into oncoming traffic.
As a result, his vehicle collided head-on with a Nissan driven by Vicente Gonzalez, 38.
Sadly, Flores died at the scene of the crash.
In addition, Gonzalez suffered major injuries and was transported to a hospital for treatment.
It is unclear at this time what factored into the accident.
The crash remains under investigation.
