Man Died In Ontario, CA in Car Accident

According to the San Bernardino County Sherrif Coroner’s Division, a man from Fontana was left dead after a car accident in Ontario. The single-vehicle collision happened early in the morning around 2:28 a.m. on May 7. The driver of the vehicle was identified as 34-year-old Tokolahi Akauola, of Fontana.

The California Highway Patrol received a 911 call about a car accident on State Route 60 Highway near S. Vineyard Avenue. Akauola was pronounced dead at the scene around 2:52 a.m. by the Ontario Fire Department.

The CHP is still investigating the collision.
