$560,000 Secured From Rear-End

September 2022: Orinda, CA JT Legal Group, a law firm specializing in personal injury successfully secures $560,000 from a rear-end collision.

This litigation arose out of a collision which occurred in June 2019, at about 4:00 p.m. JT Legal Group’s client had just exited the freeway and was stopped at the stop sign at the intersection of St. Stephens Dr. and Tahos Rd. in Orinda, California. The defendant came speeding through the exit, failing to slow down in time and rear-ended the client’s vehicle with significant force.
