Five People Hospitalized Following Two-Vehicle Collision 

The crash happened at about 11:00 p.m. August 21st at the intersection of South Beach  Boulevard and West Lincoln Avenue. 

A small SUV and a Mustang were among the vehicles involved, however, it is unclear what led to the collision. 

As a result of the impact, three people were trapped inside of the Mustang and had to be extricated. 

Those three along with two others in the SUV were transported to nearby hospitals for treatment. 

In addition, nobody has been identified and their current conditions remain unknown. 

An active investigation is also underway to determine liability.

  • Call 911 if there are any injuries 
  • Get vehicle to safety if it is moveable, if it is not, put on hazards
  • Exchange information with others involved and document everything 
  • Call 911 to report accident – they determine who was at fault
