$435,000 Recovered From Rear-End Collision

August 2022: Los Angeles, CA. JT Legal Group, a personal injury law firm successfully recovered $435,000 from a rear-end collision. 

This litigation arose out of a collision which occurred in the afternoon of June 18th 2019 where the client was at a complete stop waiting to turn left at a stop sign and was abruptly rear-ended by the defendant. 

Due to the impact of the collision the client’s body was aggressively jolted forward causing immediate pain in his neck, back, and shoulder. The client’s day to day activities were compromised due to his constant pain. He suffered sleepless nights and due to that he suffered from anxiety and depression. According to The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, there are estimates that in 2017 drowsy driving was responsible for 91,000 crashes, resulting in 50,000 injuries and nearly 800 deaths. However, these numbers are underestimated, and there are up to 6,000 fatal crashes each year that may be caused by drowsy drivers.
