$400,000 Collected From Tenant vs. Landlord

Riverside, CA. October 2022: JT Legal Group, a law firm specializing in personal injury, partnered up with Alderlaw in successfully securing $400,000 from a premise liability.

This litigation arose from a fall incident that occurred in the common areas of a residential building. Minor client was riding her bicycle when she fell on a broken water faucet suffering a deep laceration on her underarm which required multiple sutures. The landlord was aware of the broken water faucet for at least six months. In addition to physical injuries, the minor also suffered emotional and psychological injuries for which she required extensive treatment.
