JT Legal Group Secures $300,000

Riverside, CA August 2021: JT Legal Group, a law corporation specializing in personal injury successfully secures $300,000 from a rear-end collision.

The accident occurred on May 28th, 2018 at a stop sign controlled intersection on Riverview Dr. and 46th Street in Riverside, CA. Our client was on his way home at a complete stop when he was violently rear-ended by the defendant. The defendant stated, as she was approaching the intersection, she spilled hot coffee on herself and applied the gas pedal instead of the brakes, which led her to rear-end our client at full speed.
