$250,000 Collected in Pedestrian Accident

Pacific Palisades, CA: July 2022. JT Legal Group, a law firm that specializes in personal injury successfully settled $250,000 in a Pedestrian Accident.

This litigation arose out of a collision which occurred on January 25, 2020 on Channel Road by the beach in Pacific Palisades. The client was loading his parked car after a long day at the beach with his wife and friends. As he walked to the rear of his vehicle to put the beach chairs in the trunk, he was struck from behind by a vehicle that was reversing to take another parking spot.

Upon impact, the client fell forward onto the ground and had it not been for his wife on scene, the defendant would have driven over him. Client sustained significant injuries including left hand fracture and lower back disc injury with associated nerve injury for which he had to undergo extensive pain management treatment for.
