Solo-Vehicle Crash on Torrey Pines Road Leaves Two Teens Dead 

Two teenagers were killed in a solo-vehicle collision in San Diego on Monday, April 25th.

The incident occurred around 11 p.m. on Torrey Pines Road. 

Per reports, a 19-year-old man was speeding in a Subaru WRX with four passengers before losing control and driving off the roadway. 

As a result, the vehicle crashed into the center median and also hit a guardrail. This also caused the Subaru to overturn.

Three people suffered injuries and two sadly died due to the impact.

Serious injuries were sustained in two of the passengers which included a pelvic/hip fracture, lung contusion, and fractured ankle. 

One of the deceased has been identified as 19-year-old Joshua Adonai Manzanares, of Lake Elsinore. 

Additionally, the driver sustained minor injuries. It is unclear if drugs or alcohol were involved. 

The crash remains under investigation.
