1 Killed, 2 Injured After Reseda Crash Near Saticoy Street

A two-vehicle collision killed one person and left two others injured in the Reseda neighborhood. The accident happened Sunday night, shortly after 8 p.m.

A BMW and another car were seen racing on Corbin Avenue headed north when the BMW spun out of control. The car spun into oncoming traffic and struck another vehicle head-on. The BMW also hit a parked car and a fourth vehicle that was traveling south on Corbin Avenue.

As a result of the accident, five vehicles and a utility pole were damaged. The driver of the BMW died at the scene.

Firefighters had to extricate a trapped. passenger from the wreckage and was hospitalized in serious condition. Another patient was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
