Crash Left Motorcyclist Dead on Highway 14 in Antelope Valley

According to news reports, the wreck happened late Saturday night, at about 11:49 p.m. It all began when a 2018 Indian Chieftain Elite motorcycle struck the back of a 2017 Harley-Davidson Roadglide. The two collided for unknown reasons on southbound Highway 14.

The CHP reported that both motorcycles rolled over, also ejecting their riders from their seats as a result of the collision. The accident took place south of Avenue A in the Antelope Valley.

When paramedics arrived at the scene they pronounced the 59-year-old Indian motorcycle rider dead. Meanwhile, the other rider sustained moderate injuries. He was taken to the Antelope Valley Hospital for treatment. The names of the deceased and wounded parties have not been yet released.
