Crash on US 30 Left One Driver Injured

Aleksandar Aleksic, the 31-year-old from Washington, was driving a semi truck that was traveling eastbound on US 30 when the stopped at the stoplight at US 30 and Lincolnway. A 34-year-old driver in a Mercedes-Benz van struck the parked semi from behind according to officers on the accident scene. Aleksandar had to be extricated from the vehicle and was flown to Parkview Regional Hospital by Samaritan for abrasions.
