Crash in Santa Clara Leaves 1 Hospitalized

At least one person sustained injuries after a car accident that happened early Thursday morning. The crash took place on Soledad Canyon near Agua Dulce Canyon Road on May 27.

According to reports, the Los Angeles County Fire units found a vehicle in the Santa Clara River bed at about 8:3 7 a.m.

“A vehicle drove over a bridge down about 200 feet and we did have a patient transported to a hospital,” said Charisma Murillo, a County Fire Department representative.

After being examined by paramedics, it was confirmed the victim sustained moderate injuries. Because of their condition, they were taken to a nearby hospital for further treatment and evaluation.

Detectives believe another car possibly played a role in the crash.
